About Jay Paterson

Hello!  I'm originally from Vermont, and have come to love St. Johns County, Florida.  I'm excited to help you buy, sell, or rent property in this wonderful community. 

An educator by training, I enjoy learning:  about the real estate profession, the current market conditions, and people like you -- your story and your priorities in the purchase or sale of a property.   I pride myself on professionally helping you through real estate transactions, with an attention to detail and quality.  I know that customer satisfaction is based on feeling good about your deal, and the process, and I'm happy to help you get it done!

I'm conversational in French (niveau B1-B2) and am a member of Northeast Florida Association of Realtors and MLS, the Florida Association of Realtors, and the National Association of Realtors.

In my spare time, I enjoy traveling around Florida with my wife, Kim, and visiting the wonderful state parks and historical attractions.
